Foreign Trade Sales Refund Policy

1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all foreign trade orders, including wholesale orders, offline trade orders, sample orders, bulk orders and customized orders.
2. Valid Refund Circumstances
Product Quality Issues
If the goods are damaged, defective, malfunctioning or inconsistent with contracted materials, the buyer may apply for refund or exchange by providing clear photos and videos within 7 working days after receipt upon our confirmation.
Wrong or Missing Shipment
In case of wrong style, specification, model or quantity delivered by us, full re-delivery or full refund will be arranged with all freight borne by us.
Severely Delayed Delivery
If delivery is far behind the agreed schedule without feasible negotiation solutions, the buyer is entitled to apply for partial or full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No unreasonable refund for unilaterally canceling confirmed mass production and customized orders already in production.
- Refund is not acceptable if buyers reject intact goods due to poor market sales, price fluctuation or personal demand changes.
- We take no responsibility and offer no refund for delays or detention caused by international logistics, customs inspection and local import policies.
- Goods damaged artificially, improperly used or privately modified after receipt are not eligible for refund.
- Clearance items, overstock products and pre-notified defective samples are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Special Rules for Customized Products
- Once drawings, samples and customization details such as logos, sizes and exclusive molds are confirmed, no voluntary refund is allowed.
- We offer free remaking or negotiated partial refund if unqualified products are caused by our production errors.
- No refund for extra costs and delays resulted from repeated revision of requirements by buyers.
5. Refund Procedures
- The buyer submits refund application together with sufficient valid evidence.
- We finish verification within 3 working days.
- Approved funds will be returned via the original payment channel including T/T, PayPal, Western Union and other settlement methods.
- Cross-border refund usually takes 3-15 working days to arrive, subject to bank processing schedule.
6. Shipping Fee Regulations
- All return freight shall be undertaken by us if problems are caused by our side.
- All round-trip freight, customs charges and handling fees shall be borne by buyers for voluntary returns without quality problems.
- Already incurred logistics, customs and certification expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Deposit Rules
- Prepaid production deposit is used for raw material procurement and production arrangement. The deposit will not be refunded if buyers abandon orders unilaterally.
- We will fully refund or double return the deposit if we fail to fulfill delivery and contractual obligations.
